Our proven methods allow for quick results combined with follow up required to gain long term benefits. 

This Package allows you to plan your therapy sessions without the hassle of payment and billing each time. You will be able to book and manage your sessions online through our booking portal. You will also have access to the booking portal to complete booking your subsequent sessions after your first consultation. 

Sessions will be planned on a regular weekly or fortnightly basis and will take into account the goals you will set with your therapist.

Sessions can be booked in person at our studio in Ramsgate or online via Zoom. Whilst some of our clients prefer face to face therapy, the online sessions are just as effective whilst being more convenient. 

These are exclusive one-on-one sessions focussing 100% on you. 

Please Note: There is a 24-hour Cancellation Policy on these sessions. if you do not show or rebook prior to 24 hours, the session will be forfeited. 

Sessions must be delivered within 3 months of your first appointment for our proven methods to work. After 3 months any remaining sessions will expire.
